MerzougaApp («we») sells desert activities and accommodation in Merzouga operated by local providers. By booking you accept these terms, the Payment & Deposit Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) per person or per group as indicated on each activity. Children aged 3 to 10 pay 50% of the adult price unless the activity states otherwise. The full price, the online deposit and the balance payable on site are shown before you pay.
3. How a booking is made
Your booking request is registered when you pay the online deposit. For activities marked «on request», we confirm availability with the local provider after payment, usually within 24 hours. Your booking is only confirmed when you receive our confirmation email with your booking reference and voucher. If the requested date is not available, we offer an alternative date or activity, or refund the deposit in full.
4. Balance payment
The remaining balance is paid on site in Merzouga, before the activity starts, to the MerzougaApp representative or the local provider named in your confirmation.
5. Your information
Please provide accurate contact details, the correct number and ages of travellers and any relevant health or mobility information. Some activities have physical requirements described on the activity page.
6. Changes
Date changes are subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible. A new voucher is issued for any confirmed change.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the activity: your deposit is refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start, or no-shows, the deposit is not refunded. If MerzougaApp or the local provider cancels, or your requested date cannot be confirmed, your deposit is refunded in full or you can choose another date.

8. Conduct, safety and weather
Guides and providers may modify routes, timings or activities for safety, weather or local conditions. Travellers must follow the safety instructions of guides. Personal travel insurance is recommended.
9. Responsibility
MerzougaApp is responsible for handling your booking and payment. Activities are carried out by independent local providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence where applicable.
