How do I book?
Choose an activity, select the date and number of travellers, and pay the 20% deposit online. You will receive a confirmation email with your voucher.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
For most activities we confirm availability with the local provider after your deposit, usually within 24 hours. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email and voucher.
How do I pay the rest?
The balance is paid on site in Merzouga before the activity, to the MerzougaApp representative or the provider named in your confirmation.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before the activity. Later cancellations and no-shows lose the deposit.
Do children pay?
Children aged 3 to 10 pay 50% of the adult price unless the activity says otherwise.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card number.
Do I need an account?
No. You can book as a guest. If you create an account, you can see all your bookings and vouchers in My Bookings.
