What we collect
Name, email, phone, billing country, booking details (activity, date, number and age group of travellers) and any information you send us. Payment details are entered on PayPal and are not stored by us; we receive the payment status and transaction reference.
Why we use it
To manage your booking, share the necessary details with the local provider who operates your activity, send confirmations and vouchers, provide support, keep accounting records and comply with legal obligations.
Who receives it
The local provider of your activity (name, number of travellers, date, pickup details and contact phone when needed); PayPal for payments; our hosting provider (Hostinger) and email service for running the website. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking and accounting records are kept for the period required by law; other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to merzougaapp@gmail.com. We process personal data in line with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for travellers from the EU, the GDPR where applicable.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies needed for the cart, checkout and account login, and cookies set by PayPal during payment. We also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure visits and bookings in aggregate, and Google Search Console to see how the site appears in Google. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Voucher and QR code
Your voucher link is private. The QR code opens a verification page that shows only your booking reference, activity, date, number of travellers, first name and initial, and the balance due.
