Deposit paid online
To reserve, you pay a deposit of 20% of the full price online. The exact deposit and remaining balance are shown on the activity page, in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Secure payment
Online payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal account or debit/credit card). MerzougaApp never receives or stores your full card details. Never send card details by WhatsApp or email.
Balance paid on site
The balance is paid in Merzouga before the activity starts, to the MerzougaApp representative or the local provider named in your confirmation. Your voucher shows the exact balance due.
Receipts
You receive a payment confirmation by email with your booking reference. PayPal also sends its own receipt with the transaction reference.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, no booking is made and you can try again. If you are charged twice for the same booking, contact us and the duplicate payment will be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds of the deposit are made to the original payment method through PayPal, in line with the Cancellation & Refund Policy. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
